Screened Porch and Paver Patio Transforms Backyard Living

These northern Indiana homeowners lived with an awkward set of steps leading to a mismatched and buckled cement/cement block patio. Archadeck of Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana helped them transform their outdoor living space into an inviting and accessible space for relaxation and entertainment.

Before: an awkward step down to a buckled and mismatched cement patio.

A pressure treated wood deck was built and became the flooring for a lovely screened porch utilizing the Screen Eze system with Super Screen coated polyester screening. Exteria’s stone skirting adds interest to the low maintenance exterior as does a standing seam metal roof.

Inside a Westbury rail adds a layer of safety and protects the screen. A low maintenance vinyl ceiling makes for a bright and clean look. A Casa ceiling fan with light will keep the air circulating and extend the usability into the evening.

A trendy and space saving custom made sliding barn type screen door provides access to the brand new paver patio. Belgard’s Dublin Cobble Harvest Blend with a Lafitt border creates another inviting space for these homeowners.

This custom sliding barn door does not intrude on the indoor space.
