BEFORE – An old patio was torn out and a new concrete slab and footers were poured for the room addition.

AFTER – The 4 Season Room blends seamlessly with the original structure. A new patio will soon be added.

Our fastidious attention to detail continues inside with 2 x 6 wall construction, drywall, Spanish lace ceilings and an oak laminate floor.

Pella Designer windows with internal shades were chosen for light and privacy control. A Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning unit ensures comfort year round.
